What a supplement can do
Alkatide is a support product. It does not produce weight loss by itself, it does not offset a diet that has not changed, and it does not replace food, movement, sleep or medical care. What it is designed to do is make an eating plan easier to stay on. Outcomes vary widely, and a proportion of people will notice nothing at all.
